Welcome back! There have been some changes to some of our processes due to directives from Alberta Health and our governing bodies, aimed at keeping clients, staff, and our families protected and healthy!
These improvements and requests include:
- The implementation of Covid-19 pre-screening when you call to set up an appointment as well as during your reminder call the day prior to your visit. Once at the clinic, this process will happen again via form/signature.
- We ask that you do not arrive too early for your appointment, (five minutes is ample time) and that you remain in your car or outside our door until we either call or collect you when we are ready. This allows us the opportunity to ensure our waiting area is not over capacity and reduces interaction between our clients.
- Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. In the case of a child we ask that only one parent accompany them.
- Once you enter the clinic you must wash your hands with soap and water or use the hand sanitizer provided.
- To help us with social distancing we require you to wear a mask within our clinic. We will be wearing masks at all times. If you forget to bring your own we have disposable ones available for $1.00. Please consider keeping conversations to a minimum to help reduce the spread of Covid-19.
- We have installed sneeze guards at the front desk.
- We are implementing Covid-19 symptom screening for staff daily.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the clinic.
- Heightened cleaning and disinfecting of high touch surfaces and traffic areas.
Please have patience as we pivot and adapt to ensure all of our safety and health as we move forward. As this situation is ever-changing, we will let you know as able if we need to make any future adjustments.
Our 24-hour cancellation policy is lifted during this time for reasons of quarantine, isolation or illness, however no-shows will still be charged full price of the treatment missed. We too may have to cancel on occasion with all the precautions now in place, but we will inform you as quickly as possible if ever required.
