Relaxation Massage

A whole body massage using a smooth, flowing style that will improve circulation, relieve muscular tension and decrease stress levels.

Therapeutic / Remedial Massage

Using a deeper pressure than the relaxation massage, the therapist works at releasing chronic muscle tension or adhesions (knots) in the muscle.

Dynamic Cupping

By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping releases rigid soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions, lifts connective tissue, and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.

Structural Myofascial Therapy

This therapy focuses on releasing muscle shortness and tightness by manipulating the connective tissue. There are a number of conditions and symptoms this therapy addresses.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

This highly specialized and gentle massage technique is used to increase lymph flow and encourage the natural drainage of the lymph from the body tissues.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a fully clothed massage performed by a therapist in a chair specifically designed for massage ( also referred to as seated massage). Chair massage counters the circulatory problems inherent with office work and offers an appreciated break for employees. Even 15 minutes of massage to the neck, back, arms and hands can improve circulation.  Also beneficial for seniors who have a difficult time laying on a massage table. This unique massage chair is ergonomically designed and offers full support of the head (face forward), arms, torso and legs.

Maternity Massage

Prenatal massage has many benefits including reduced stress, tension and anxiety, relief of muscles and joint pain, reduced swelling and strengthening of the immune system.  It can even lead to a better sleep at night! At Body Renewal, we have a maternity cushion that enables moms-to-be to lie on their tummies for optimal comfort and ease.

LaStone Therapy

LaStone Therapy is a contemporary approach to alternating temperatures in massage. It is a multifaceted technique designed to benefit the client and therapist at once. The therapeutic potential of this treatment goes beyond measure. The physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven, and adjusting different temperatures on the body to aid in healing and to gain certain reactions has been used throughout time. LaStone Therapy capitalizes on these traditional practices with a current approach.
