- Clients must ensure that their plan covers massage therapy and whether a doctor's note/prescription is required to be submitted and received by their Insurer, prior to booking an appointment.
- Clients must pay in full if your claim is not accepted by the Insurer, or if we are unable to process your claim due to technical reasons beyond our control.
- Please bring your plan membership card with you to the clinic, and ensure that your therapist has all your billing information before your appointment.
