Cancellation Agreement

A cancellation that is made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled massage price, and a “failure to show” may be charged the full price of the session. All fees will be due prior to any further bookings with our therapists ~ please keep in mind that this charge is not covered by your insurance plan, as no service was provided.

Cancellations will be accepted by phone call only, no email please.


Effective Immediately - Our 24-hour cancellation policy is lifted during this time for reasons of quarantine, isolation, or illness, however, no-shows will still be charged full price of the treatment missed. For all other reasons, it is still in effect. We too may have to cancel on occasion with all the precautions now in place, but we will inform you as quickly as possible if ever required.
